This version is a product preview prepared for deployment on Vercel. The planned architecture places the website and application interface on Vercel, with the API and authentication on a separate VPS and private workers and databases. This copy does not confirm a completed deployment or identify a contracted VPS provider. It does not connect to a production Milo Mail account, Gmail mailbox or billing service. The final production hosting notice must identify the contracted entities and their contact details.
Kivou’s hosting arrangements are not a statement about where Milo Mail or its future email data will be hosted.
Intellectual property
The Milo Mail name, Milo character, website design and original content remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Gmail and Google Workspace are Google products; displaying them does not imply a partnership, endorsement or Google verification.

1. Scope and controller
This notice describes the current Milo Mail website and interactive demonstration. It is not the privacy notice for a live Gmail-connected service. The controller’s identity and contact details must be confirmed in the legal notice above before public launch.
2. The data used by this preview

The Milo Mail page does not add advertising pixels, audience-measurement scripts, newsletter forms or external font services. Platform-level access controls and processing are separate from the demonstration.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Website delivery and protection, demonstrating the product, and answering requests are the relevant purposes for this preview. Where the GDPR applies, the final notice must associate the actual processing with its legal basis, such as a legitimate interest in secure website operation or responding to a pre-contractual request. Optional processing that requires consent must be explained before it begins.
4. Providers and international processing
Vercel is the planned provider for the website and application interface. The VPS provider, operating entities and deployment regions must still be confirmed for this notice. Any service used to share a preview may process its own access information. No Gmail content is sent to an AI provider by this page.
The operator must confirm the responsible hosting entities, processing countries and applicable transfer safeguards for the final service. This preview makes no claim that data is hosted exclusively in Switzerland or the European Union.
5. Retention
Demo selections last only for the current page session. Hosting logs and platform access information follow the platform’s retention arrangements; their exact periods have not been verified for this notice. The production policy must specify the retention of accounts, email data, authorization tokens, support messages, activity records and backups.
6. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent for future processing. A request may require proportionate verification of your identity.
Use the contact section for the current review contact. For data handled by the platform providing access to this preview, its own privacy contact is also relevant. You may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or the competent European supervisory authority when the GDPR applies.
7. Future Gmail access
Before you connect Gmail, the live service’s policy must explain the exact permissions, accessed data, storage, providers, AI processing, retention, disconnection and deletion options. This preview asks for none of those permissions.
Any future use of Google user data will be subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. This statement does not mean that Google has verified the current preview.

This page will be updated as the service and its data handling change. The date above identifies this version. Material new processing will need appropriate notice before it starts.

1. What you can use today
This website presents Milo Mail and provides an interactive sample inbox. All example messages are fictional. Choosing a suggested action only changes the demonstration; it does not read, archive, delete or send a real email.
2. Availability and roadmap
The preview is provided to explore the product and may change or be temporarily unavailable. Milo Clean is the current product focus. Security, Pro and Agent are planned offers marked “Coming soon”; the roadmap is not a delivery-date commitment.
3. Prices and subscriptions
The pricing section describes the proposed offers. This website has no checkout, cannot reserve a founder place and does not charge a payment method. Exploring the demo does not start an account, trial or subscription.
Before a paid service becomes available, the purchase flow and subscription terms must confirm the seller, price, taxes, billing frequency, included features, renewal, cancellation, applicable withdrawal or refund rights, and founder upgrade or downgrade rules. Those rules are not created by this preview.
4. Responsible use
You may explore the sample interface and share links to this website. Do not use it to impersonate another person, interfere with access, distribute malicious content or attempt unauthorized access. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment credentials or sensitive email content through a general contact message.
5. Suggestions and limitations
Examples illustrate how the product is intended to work; they are not a guarantee of future classification accuracy or time savings. Planned security warnings support a person’s judgment and cannot guarantee that every suspicious message will be detected.
6. Rights and responsibility
Nothing on this page excludes mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A governing-law or jurisdiction clause for a future subscription will need to reflect the confirmed operator, intended customers and applicable mandatory protections.

Controls planned for the connected service

- Every cleanup reviewed as an exact selection and explicitly confirmed.
- Protected senders and saved preferences for later scans, without automatic trash.
- A visible action history and undo while affected messages remain recoverable.
These are product plans. Their live availability and limits must be stated when the connected service launches.
Milo Security
The planned Security offer adds explanations of potential phishing, suspicious links and sender inconsistencies. It is not required for the baseline privacy and approval controls in Clean. It cannot promise complete threat detection or certify that a message is safe.

Use the contact section and describe the affected page and what you observed. Share a minimal example, without passwords, tokens or unrelated personal data. No response-time guarantee or vulnerability-reward program is announced in this preview.
